99th Cyano or Dino ID Thread

Is this cyano or Dino’s?

Tank is 6 months old, nitrates are around 15, unsure of phosphates as I don’t have a test kit. I’ve been dosing vibrant for about 6 weeks now and replaced the protein skimmer in the same time period. Skimmer has been an immense upgrade, probably produced as much skimmate in 1 week as the old skimmer did in 5 months. These changes combined with constant manual removal have helped clean up the tank, but the battle appears far from over
