Picked them up about a month ago, older picture... so both pieces have colored up some since this shot.

The left piece has turned very neon yellow/dark green with some nice pink and orange eyes.. the other is just a nice pink and lavender blend!

I was wondering if anyone had anything similar.. nothing special, but I like em!

They are nice Kray....what are they mounted on? Looks like epoxy but hard to tell.

They are on my custom ghost chips with some JB water weld to build up the outer edge of the chalice so the newly developed rim has a hill to roll down. It looks ugly when it is first done, but well worth the extra effort when finished. I recently figured out, if you dont mix the waterweld down all the way, it will harden enough to hold a coral... but be soft enough that when you want to frag the piece... you can razor blade it out... its like of like cutting tupperware, but more precise than random hard rocks/glue/skeleton cracking and braking when cut. My methods are designed for people without bandsaws :)

Thanks for checking them out guys! :)

Nice pick up... The one on the left is nice mine only has 2 eyes lol

Where did you learn all this cool stuff Kray? Trial and error?

Pretty much... I'm constantly in the lab experimenting with wet and dry reef related stuff. I could only imagine the crazy stuff I would be doing if I had a real job and made money. My goal is to have anyone, no matter what budget... be able to keep a reef tank of some sort... at least a toe nail inside the doorway of this excellent hobby.

reaaaallly digging the one of the left.. ive got something kinda similar at my store but it doesnt have those gnarly orange eyes. i cant get a pic before sunday though :(

Yeah, it is becoming one of my favorites in the tank... I'm bringing pieces of both to Baymac if anyone wants to try them out!

what is it about fraging thats so interesting. its almost hard for me to let some corals like zoas grow out cause it to fun to cut them up and watch them grow again
