A discussion about feeding corals

In your opinion what do you use to feed your corals and what luck have you had with that product, or do you make your own stuff. Pictures of progress with the item you have been using is more than welcome. Oh yeah and what type of corals take food more readily than others?

I don't feed my softies (though I've heard if you do, you could get better color and growth). I only have a 12 gal so I get nervous of over feeding. When I had my LPS I fed frozen mysis shrimp 2x a week.
