I want to go with the Aquatic Life T5 LED hybrid fixture.
Will the 61” version with 6 noopsyche lights be enough for this tank?

At the very least, I would insulate the walls of the external sump with some of that pink foam board - I did that years ago when I had my sump in the garage and it made a big difference. Also, consider making your own sump out of a glass aquarium. You get exactly what you want, and save some $$ too.

I have decided on the reefbreeders V2+ with the AquaticLife T5 fixture running 2 actinic and 2 blue plus.
Here is the equipment area so far. This is what I have, and I have more arriving Friday and throughout next week.
I will be powering the tank with a 6000 GPH AC pump. The reeflo hammerhead.
It will also go to a manifold to power other things. The goal is 10-15x turnover. 325 total gallons, (operating) so 3250-5000 GPH for the 4x 3/4” returns. Meaning ~1000 GPH per return nozzle. How does that sound?
I will also be using 5x WAV pumps and 2 gyre xf250s, along with a mp40 for flow. I also have a COR20 that I don’t know what to use for.

Here is a list of current things I have and things I still need. Things in RED I am planning on selling because I don't think I need them. Please let me know if the tank will be OK without these pieces of equipment, and what else I will need (If I forgot something)
Tank is full sps 300 gallon tank.

I’d keep the xf250’s you may need to add some additional flow 6 months or a year in, those would be perfect for that. Everything else looks great! Excited to see this build!

Ok!
I fear that I have too much return flow (6000 GPH) but I think the sps will like it

They will love it if acclimated to it! Lol

As it turns out, my new hammerhead pump had a leak in the volute. I emailed the amazing folks over at Reeflo and they sent me a brand new one for free! Thank you guys!
It will be here next week and I will test it soon.

Reeflo = leak …… shocking. Probably too late, but for an AC external pump the Dolphin Ampmaster is a much better choice IME. Maybe more expensive, cannot recall.

This was a leak in the volute. A fracture in the plastic, not the seal.

It's always something LOL ….

Were the reefbreeders easy to put in between the t5’s in the aquatic life fixture?
Super easy. If you buy them from reefbreeders, they send special brackets

I'm stuck on the sump being outside with no protection....

What about something like this:

I am building a box for the sump. Plywood with fiberglass Insulation.
