A few loose ends. LED's, Sump, Protein Skimmer

Hey Everyone. I'm sure you all get this a lot but it is what it is. I just upgraded from my 55gal to a 90gal tank. It was basically for free since what I was able to sell all my stuff for my 55 paid for the 90gal that was already a super good deal. Anyways, I have great aperations of making this tank look awesome but my first step is to get all the parts I need to help it do that successfully without paying through the nose for it. This is what I am looking for.

Reef Capable LED Lights
Protein Skimmer
Already made sump
return pump
and oh, did I say LED lights?

Anyways I am a college student and my wife has been nice enough to let me keep this hobby up but I am on a ridiculously tight budget. Please, if anyone is willing to help a pitiful college student out then let me know. But also everyone else who wants to get something for what they are selling still let me know. I know my budget and if what you have is what I'm looking for and in my budget then I will get it.
