New to Mixed reef tanks.

So i had this white sheet looking thing blowing around in the current. About 1 inch long. Looked like a spider web. Very transparent and looked very fragile. When I got it out with the net it was complete jelly. clear with a tint of yellow jelly. Looked nothing like that in water. Was just a blob of slime in the net.

Second question, for about 3 weeks I get "lice" looking creatures on my glass. I am assuming they are some type of pod. Very small and look like they have a tail almost. I have 6 line wrasse but havent seen him eating any.

Sorry dont have any pictures.

That would be your wrasse slime, harmless.
And yes those are pods. Harmless and a good sign of a healthy ecosystem

Check you parameters and see were you ammonia is at

6 weeks. Never cycled. Used all cured live rock and sand.

Cured live rock isn't cycled live rock yet.
All it means is that most of the dust and phosphates are removed.
You still have to bring it through a cycle process.

Not true at all. Many people don't get cycles from cured live rock. Means much more the dust and phosphates. All the die off from travel is gone and it has stabilized for over 30 days in a tank with constantly cycling water.

Depends where the rock came from. If it is established from another tank then it is very well live rock. All it needs is bacteria on it. I have gone from a 55 to a 180 over night before using rock from the 55 and some rock I got from other hobbyist tank tare downs. Never had a cycle no losses no spikes. So I agree with the point Diesel is getting at but it really would depend on where the rock came from before hitting your tank.

Correct.
If the rock just have been sitting in a vat or something to cure it doesn't mean it's cycled.
It cycles only when you introduce it to the elements in your tank with some kind of ammonia or nutrients.
I had rock that I cured and when I cycled it I never had a diatom bloom other than on my sand as diatoms will go after your silicates first, and many sand types has that in them.
The more junk is on your rock the bigger your cycle will be.
If rock is transferred from one tank to another of course you will almost never go through a cycle and that depends on how long the rock is exposed to air.
Curing isn't cycling but cycling can be at the same time curing.

So its been up for 6 weeks and had fish since week 3, no cycle.

Some systems will get a cycle past that time, and some cycle and you'll never see it either.
Only way to know is if you introduce a mini cycle by adding ammonia in your tank test for the level of ammonia and test again in 24 hours and see where your ammonia is dropped too.
I assume you test before you put the fish in your system to see if it was save?

Of course. Test almost every day. Ammonia disappears quite quickly. Have 2 clowns, 6 line wrasse and naso blonde.
