1. Has anyone found a source for shorter bolts for the rim clamps? The mount looks really attractive except the loooong lenght of the bracket bolts sticking out?
2. a. Has anyone left the extension nut assembly slightly loose to be able to slide your lights back out if the way to access your tank?
2. b. If you did leave them juuust slightly loose did you put some sort of block and the back end of the extension to keep you from accidentally sliding the light too far forward and having the extension+light take a swim?
3. How durable is the pivot for the light brackets? I'm not sure yet how often I'd want to be able to pivot the lights to give me a bit more room to work in the tank. Let's say 2-3 times a month. Will the pivots handle being rotated 90 degrees that often?
