Hi,

Added some corraline algae pieces to a dry rock tank today and later found a few new inhabitants on the glass, was wondering what they were.

#1 Found this guy in my overflow in the dark areas, About 3mm across and shrinks back when illuminated. Currently travelling up and down the glass slowly.

#2 Found this worm like thing getting picked at by my clowns, It seems to wriggle along the glass and can stretch from half a cm to at least 2cm. It is incredibly thin when it stretches, thinner than a hair.

#3 Lastly I found a group of these which seemingly appeared out of nowhere in the space of 3 hours, doesn’t really seem to move around, they are in small clusters on the glass.

Hoping none of these are bad ,
Thanks guys.

Do you think I should remove these from the glass or will they go away on their own?
Most of the time they will go away on there own. There are different types of them just make sure they are not on your corals.

Thanks, should be sweet since it’s a new tank with no corals
