What you think I doubt I'll change anything at this point but am very interested in your thoughts. Guests and menus :. Tank stocked 25000 pods onto live rock ( wild rock, that was already full of wild), Algagen phyto w/ extra zoo product by Eric at Algagen direct. Selcon added to each meal and corals are fed a mixture of reef roids coral frenzy and anything else in the water column. Live pods are added about every 3 months.. Guest's at the kings table and menu list are as follows:. King and queen, bonded pair of physcadelic blue mandri s. Jester. .. copperband ( most personality). Tax collector ( file fish, mean as a dog to apastisa) big dumb guy that's in every kingdom ... Singapore angle ( supposed to b a golden angle but 4 have died recently and don't know why yet).
Do you have pics or a vid or anything? I can't see where you're sharing the feeding schedule.
Sorry, I was trying to use my phone. Here's what I was trying to say:
Just thought I'd show my tank's feeding schedule and see what you guys think. Mine & my wife's fish friends have never been happier or healthier looking. All meals are done in moderation so there is no nitrite, no nitrate, or any other numbers problems. I do powerwash the filter socks and filters every day.
Please let me know what you think. I probably won't change anything, but I am interested in your thoughts.
Algagen phyto with extra zooantella (from algagendirect.com) in both tanks every morning.
Selcon supplement with each meal.
Restock copepods every 3 months. (10s of 1000s at a time)
Corals are fed a mix of phyto and reefroids and coral frenzy mix with baby brine added occassionally.
The "king" (male dragonet) and "queen" (female dragonet), "jester" (copperband - has a great personality), "tax collector" (filefish), big dumb guy from every kingdom (Singapore angelfish - was supposed to be a golden angelfish, but that's another story):
mysis, brine, emerald green, apocyclops, baby brine (occassionally), shaved clams (sometimes), pellets (the king and queens favorite breakfast). I feed this several times throughout the day (4-5 times), varying what they get.
