A lil Apex programming help

Morning all. Was wondering if I could impose on the community for a little help. I have the plank auto feeding system that I am currently doing day time feedings for using the following schedule:

Fallback OFF​

OSC 000:40/059:20/000:00 Then OFF​

If Time 20:00 to 13:00 Then OFF​

I wanted to add a singular night time feeding of 60 seconds. (Ideally, i would like it 40 seconds but I dont see that option with the on off functions) I dont want to accidentally dump the entire container in the tank.

Would it be:

Fallback OFF​

OSC 000:40/059:20/000:00 Then OFF​

If Time 01:00 to 01:01 Then On​

If Time 20:00 to 13:00 Then OFF​

Or would it be

Fallback OFF​

OSC 000:40/059:20/000:00 Then OFF​

If Time 20:00 to 13:00 Then OFF​

If Time 01:00 to 01:01 Then On​

I guess it could also be

Fallback OFF​

OSC 000:40/059:20/000:00 Then OFF​

If Time 20:00 to 01:00 Then OFF​

If Time 01:00 to 01:01 Then On​

If Time 01:01 to 13:00 Then Off​
