A Lil GHA and?!

So im hoping just paranoia...I have a tad GHA on a few spokes on my rock scape. Today I noticed this clearer strand...can maybe tell better in the picture...but I've added a video with the lights on...this white strand stuff mostly is on this rock, I Googled Dinos (hate that word) and it's not brownish, and forgive me if I'm wrong if it were d-d-dinos...they'd pretty much grow like weeds? I thought I saw a bubble once on one of these "clear strands" but maybe im just paranoid lol

Based on the vid, not dinos. Way too stiff to be that. Looks more like an algae of some type.
