I live in NC and have had SW tanks on and off for over 30 years. I am back in the game again but this time I started up a Biocube 14g. My wife said I would have to find somewhere else to live if I set up a 55 or larger tank again. Anyway, I am an Executive Chef and have a catering business that is my real job! I also teach Scuba as my fun job. I enjoy Cave diving and Wreck diving. I also do extreme dives using Trimix which means long deco stops lasting as long as 2 hours. This is where I feel like I am the one in the fish bowl. I think of myself as experienced in SW reef tanks, but I am amazed at all the advances that have taken place in the last 4 to 5 years.
