A little Apex help needed, programming email alert

So just picked up and installed a new apex jr. Trying to to learn how to program alert and nothing seems to be happening. As a test I setup this.

Now mind you I do get alerts for specific probe's so email is configured properly. Any idea's why not getting email? or output in logs.

It won't email you status updates, only if one of those events occurs.

Yes, the temp is over 80. I did figure out why because it only report one occurence at a time, my ph was what was being reported in email

Yes - It's a flaw in my opinion, that only one issue pops up and it's based on the order that you stack the events.
