A little help with ID please

Hi. Any help IDing the little brown things moving around on my shells and close to the gravel (they can swim) would be great. I think they are pods.

Also, these tube like things have been there for a while...getting red as the lime green coralline from the coralline in a bottle is being edged out by the red coralline...at least I hope that is what is happening!

The little brown thing is an aceol flatworm that eats pods and is nonharmful.
