I am new to reefs and saltwater tanks. My wife got me a waterbox 100 gallon with the Nyos Torq, Nyos quantum 160 with the dock and lighting.
Unfortunately since I have only had small freshwater tanks, I am at a loss for what else I need to get up and going.
What would be the best return pump to get?
From everything I have read I should not use the return pump as a "wave maker" so what flow pump would be best to use?
I already have been looking at heaters and have picked one. Besides what is listed what else do I need? Not including the salt and all that good jazz, I am asking just for the tank specifically.

Depending on your budget reef octopus makes great DC return pumps that are controllable. As for flow in the tank eco tech also makes great power heads MP10, MP40. But you’ll get a bunch of different opinions on power heads and return pumps!!

Edit: Welcome to R2R as well!!
