A lot of algae growth

In my tank i have a lot of red algae. Everytime i clean it it up it will come back in only a day or 2. what could i do to fix this.

Water source- RODI ?
Testing levels.
Nutrients export methods.
Dosing/ adding anything etc.
Lights.
Pictures help greatly...we like pics. Help determine the pest involved.

Looks like cyano, but not good picture to verify anything. (Turn blues down).
