what is the best coral food. I have mainly LPS and a couple monti

I wouldn't feed the tank with coral food. What LPS, and what Monti?

Some LPS, I've seen better growth when fed small chunks of meaty, like Mysis. Acans, Lobo, Duncans.
I wouldn't try to feed a Montipora anything.
