A massive phosphate decrease coursed loads of live things???

Hi everyone. I had no choice but to remove my live rock and replace with some new reef rock. Phosphate was a nightmare and over two days my phosphate has dropped by 85%. I've now noticed a load of strange looking things in the aquarium not the sump can anyone point them out and tell me what these are?? I've seen about 20 of them run on the back.

Oh cool, at least we don't see them during the day then eh?! I'll just make sure I don't buy zoas. Tank is full of plates and would cry if they start eating away. I've noticed they hang around on my back wall where I fragged 48 3" by 3" green star polyps and they growing nicely covering the complete back and would of been abit pee'd off if they where living off them?
