It was a Quiet launch with relatively no Information, as for the Spray shield my AL hybrid doesn't have one and its dirty and the kessils need to be cleaned every month or so. European Standards may require a cover on all florescent tubes, in Michigan all food related businesses are, and for awhile all High Bay Light fixtures in the factories had to place plastic sleeves over the bulbs if it didn't have a lens . That was a ton of work!

The day BRS launched the Stellar and weeks prior I reached out to them several times about the differences in the US and European versions, along with the issues I’ve had dealing with Coral Vue to clarify what should be included with the Stellar units. I pretty much got the run around from Coral Vue and BRS. Seems like a sloppy release of the product with misleading information and poor quality control/design flaws. The high demand of T5 Hybrids seemed to have some influence on the release of this product. When clearly there is some questionable concerns consumers have about the Stellar.

That could explain everyone ducking and dodging.
I dislike the LED mounting system. I think your right about just getting it to market, Zero thought was put into the brackets. But I do like the profile/looks of it.
