A quick question……

Hi all hope everyone’s tanks are doing well! Ive got an itc algae reactor running at present flow is 1300 lph and I’m contemplating adding an Aquaforest reactor 110 with various media like carbon, rowaphos & AF bio life fil in it could I link both together? So attaching the outlet of the algae reactor to the AF reactor inlet rather than buying another pump? Or would there be too much flow?

Sure. If it's not too much flow for your algae reactor it won't be too much for any media, either.

You could add some soft tubing and a ball valve, if the flow is too much.
