So I've come across my old 31... or 35 gallon tank I used to house my old snake who's now gone. This tank is just a standard breeder tank for fish so it will hold water but that's all I have, a tank and no experience. My question is, will this tank be good enough to start a salt water reef habitat? What will I need? Are there any specific brands of pumps or other equipment I should look for or maybe stay away from? I have lots of learning to do and I feel very serious about this hobby so any input from experienced people would be greatly appreciated!
