A these too close?

Below is a photo of 2 Nems in close proximity to a hammer coral.

Since the Nem split, one has moved very close to the hammer.

Do you think I should relocate the Hammer?

If the hammer is glued in, I would give it a day or two to see where the nem lands and then if they are still touching I would move the hammer.
If the hammer isn't attached to anything I would move it now.

I can move the whole rock.
 
Well, usually the nem moves to where it wants to be regardless of what's in it's way, and usually stings and kills what's in it's path along the way.

Not many corals can tolerate their sting, the nem pretty much always wins.

The only corals that I know that can kinda tolerate the stings are xenia and GSP, but even those will show signs on being bothered in areas that are touched.
