A week.... Still no attachment?

I have a bubble tip anemone that I purchased a week ago today I fed him some raw shrimp and he ate that and is looking great besides I think he's slightly bleached after some research but he look this way when I purchased him he has been floating around my tank heat attached when I first put him in that night but since then has been floating around in my tank he got caught up in my power Head one night and I got home in time to save him but he still looks good but has not attached yet I am enclosing a picture I check my parameters today and they are salinity 1.025 pH 7.8 I know thats kind of low but I will raise it with a water change ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrates 10 phosphorus 0 calcium 420 ppm d Kh 10

Btw my other anemone has been trying to hold on for a min he was larger but he won't eat
 
FyI. I would not worry about feeding them. I had 65 in my tank and they never got fed. Split like crazy for 4 yrs. in other words, their problem is most likely not being fed. What lights do you have? They love light.
