So I just put a a360x over my 14 AIO cube. With the filtration in the back it leaves me with a 14” wide x 14” tall x 12” Deep display. The 360x is mounted 6 inches off the surface. I have Seen par charts for this light at 6” and 12” depth. But… the measurements were taken in much larger tanks. Will my tank being smaller increase the par at the depths listed? Is there anyone out there that has experience with the 360x over smaller tanks?

A buddy is keeping one over a 15g IM at around 30% intensity, everything seems to be doing fine, it’s a mixed reef.
Im keeping one over a 45g IM at about 60% peak intensity.
Thank you for the suggestion. I was looking at par recommendations in another thread and I saw a lot of folks running at 60% intensity ramping up to 70/80s. Does your buddy have any problems growing sps and if so how high up in the tank does he keep them?

He was recently running a grow out comp for a SPS frag.

It’s a great Light IMO, you should be able to keep anything. Probably best to get a par meter.
I also have a A80 over a 4g at about 40%. Another friend ran a A80 over at 10g at 100% and had no problem keeping beautiful RBTA’s

Ha ha, i have the same thing going on at the moment too, a 80 over 5g AIO. All my stuff is getting transferred over to this tank soon.
