Aaahh disaster! Coral in revive solution..

Today I put one of my chalice corals in the revive solution (it had some hitchhiker hidden in it- the guy from LFS said it's the bug that eats fish so I got terrified). And then I FORGOT about it!!! I kept it for about 30 minutes in it, and it started turning brown. Even more- the little thing was still in it moving, so I tried getting it out and accidently broke the base of it off, just to find out it was thick cucumber (I shouldn't have trusted the guy from the store, only you guys- you were saying it all along!!!). Did I kill my coral? Should I go and start crying or is there still a hope?

Thanks... I really like this LFS, I just talked to a totally new person to me and he scared the hell out of me. Now that I turned the lights on the coral seems to have better colors although I still see the brown around spots as well as some stress slime. I wonder if me breaking it will do something to it, or if its just a rock. 1. Picture is of coral, 2. Of the base rock that I pulled off

it actually does not look that bad. I would keep in in lower lighting for a little bit and see how it looks in a couple days..

30 min in revive for a chalice it can survive lps are pretty good and I would say yeah try to keep it low flow till it can bounce back
