failed to ship on agreed upon date (4/27), not responding to emails. filing dispute with PayPal. following up with local authorities. $207 for jawbreaker mushrooms.

I was sent 2 photos...
Other photos...
so, in between 4/27 and 4/28 ALL of his jawbreakers died and he failed to contact me to let me know. then he said live animals are covered by paypal. he never even sent the package so his statement is moot. if anyone else has been ripped off by him, contact me. i have full info on him, his family, his wife and his inlaws.

Unfortunately, I had to remove some of the posts in the thread. This feedback thread is only for the two parties involved with this transaction. I also highly recommend anyone who feels as though they have been scammed by Adam Hicks to take all appropriate action. This includes contacting the local authorities. This type of scam carries serious consequences.

It was also brought to my attention he was using someone else's photos. they have been notified. so add copyright infringement to the list. what a piece of trash.
