AB+ vs Saxby

I'm curious about the differences between these 2 spectral settings, anybody use either? Pros and cons?

I started our tank with Saxby in February. Haven't touched it since and am getting great growth and I love the way the tank looks throughout the day. I've never tried AB+ and I'll probably never try it seeing as though I'm having a lot of success with my tank currently. Good luck!
