I've had a bit of a different transaction with @abecker. I purchased a protein skimmer for a friend, and it unfortunately came with a few horrible breaks on the body. He immediately contacted AquaMaxx to see if they could send a replacement because it will still under warranty. Turned out that likely won't work out so he's told me he will issue a refund. Honestly he's been one of the most stand up members I've dealt with and even though it's not the best situation, he's backed things 100% even though he could have just blown me off. Never hesitate to make a purchase.
