Bristle worm….good clean up crew member sometimes when smallish

I don't think they can "bite," but their bristles will break off in skin (these can be dissolved in vinegar and pulled out with tape).

Bristleworm. Harmless to reef life, but can sting you with its bristles, which is unpleasant. Don't touch your live rock without gloves- it's got sharp edges and nasty bacteria anyway, besides these guys.
