Above Tank Filtration

Am I crazy for thinking I can achieve this... I have an AIO tank and I want to put a pump in the back rear to pump out water to a looped system of PVC running a protein skimmer, UV sterilizer, and possibly more reactors down the line. Is this ridiculous? Essentially it would be maybe an upside down U of schedule 80 PVC coming off a controllable return pump, and then outlets to power a skimmer and other reactors. How could one achieve this? Or is it not feasible?
