Hello all,
I had an extreme increase in po4 from 0.04 to 0.16 about two weeks ago because i put new stones in the tank and probably lowered it again too quickly. Unfortunately, one Tenuis has already turned white from the bottom and died.
I have a SPS dominante Tank.
Since 2-3 days now the Milleporas start to show mainly below hardly any polyp expansion. On the top of the corals it looks mostly still normal but seems to spread in the tank and more and more corals show less polyps, Po4 is currently at 0.04,-0.02 and again constant. I also did an ICP on 21.03 and everything is really great and there are no problems except for the usual macro elements like too little iron.
Can the retraction of the polyps day and night still have something to do with the Po4 swing from 2 weeks ago?
Can you recommend something I can do except wait? I am currently losst. So far they do not lose tissue or color..
