Oh in reponse to your case of online vendors...I hope there isn't such vendor with such attitude here on cz. Especially since they are vendors... At least they will be willing to work something out with you. All the vendors I've dealt with here on CZ have been nothing but pleasant, willing to work with you fully.

we live 120 miles apart i just remind the person the day ahead of shipping where to send it
