Abyzz A100 Plumbing / Guidance

Well hope this thread helps someone down the line:
Pretty much had to figure out on my own:

The Abyzz A100 comes with an adapter ring, to go on the pump's output.

That adapter ring, fits an 1" slip union.

Used the Oatey ABS to PVC cement

Cemented on the adapter ring:

Went 1" slip union / to short piece of 1" PVC pipe / to 1" slip with 1" male threads / to 1" female screw on, to the manifold.

Was able to keep an 1" ID all the way up to the manifold.

And worked like an charm

Where were you last month when I got my A200’s! Lol I opened the boxes and said oh lord I broke it! I called CoralVue and I think the folks thought I was joking. Lol They said you know those are adaptors right? I felt like a tool!!! Lol

Plumbing an Abyzz 200

Picked up an Abyzz 200 pump and the outlet size is as follows according to the spec sheet: Inlet/outlet connections: 50mm/40mm Now I assume that is the measurements for the outside and inside of the outlet. So if I plumb from the outside it puts the size at slight less that 2" and the inside...

Thank you sir! It’s been giving me more ups and downs then the past years. But thanks to everyone on this form I’ve learned enough to stop and think it through and stop knee jerking like in the past lol
