Abyzz help

So I have an abyzz A200 on my closed loop, just got it the other day and realized I plumbed it wrong. I hard plumbed it and the vibration is making alot of noise. I would like to get another pump head and adapters. I called the US Number, email them, and facebook messaged them I have received zero response. This sucks and I hope I never have any real problems with the pump or I am screwed I guess.
Anyone know how to get a response?

Coralvue is the US distributor as it is a German pump.
Try to contact them.

I spoke with CoralVue this today. They are handling sales and support now. They are getting me the parts I need and I feel good knowing they are handling everything now.
So far the pump is working great and looks to be made well. I hope to not need support for it for some time but if I do I know I have it.

Give me a year or 2 and I will give you a comparison of both Abyzz and Royal Exclusiv

Its been almost exactly a year! sooo... do you like the abyzz?

I have two for my 500 gal wall tank they worked great at the tank’s old home! I would love to hear more feedback on them.

Abyzz pumps are great. I have 2 now, one as a closed loop and one as a return. The first one did have a controller issue after a month of use, Coralvue sent me a new one and I have had no issues since. The second one has had zero issues, the return pump was added in July.
I do recommend these pumps. I have a Royal Exclusiv Red Dragon 3 230W Pump as well, it is also a great pump.

Any one know why my displace says motor? And I’ve taken it out and cleaned but still doesn’t work?
