Looking for some thought on controlling the abyzz 200 with a apex I have a core 20 now but would like to upgrade to a better pump for peace of mind
I would like it to slow down during a feed cycle just like the cor if it would do that it would work for meAbyzz makes a special connection cord for apex so I assume it would allow full features.
ok thanks but a $184 cable what's it made out of goldI’m not sure, but for a $184 cable I sure would hope so! Lol

Edit: yea you can, 0-100% fully adjustable through apex.

Most likely actually lolok thanks but a $184 cable what's it made out of gold![]()
It would probably need a apex module to ?
I have the A200 and apex. You can shut it off and on (obviously) but not control the speed from the apex.
My bad I thought he meant out of the box. I didn't read the comments below! You can control the speed with any controller that sends 0-10V signal, that includes apex.
You just need to buy the abyzz interface cable (not cheap) that plugs between pump controller and your aquarium controller.
New controller coming out soon will be apex ready IOTA.
Its 2021 and I just bought a pair of A200's for my new 375g setup. Does anyone know if I really need this kit or can I just now use a simple cable with DB9 serial on one side and RJ45 on the other? I assume this adapter module was some sort of transformer to convert voltage but wondering if thats still necessary
