AC - 2 new morphs - ID please.

They actually both look like the Pink and Golds/Faery Dust palys. These polyps actually exhibit different colors, some are gold, some are green, others are pink, so I think they are both the same, just slightly different colors.

Dude Kevin.. your killing me man!.... zoa's suck!... I'm so jealous right now.... Now I gotta find out why my zoa's are melting.. I want!..

If you put it side by side, it look somewhat similar, your pic shows more pink on the skirt but just like most pics depending on what lighting, quality of camera/lens, how the pic was taken etc...

your polyp does look pretty sweet never the less. Me want one.

Kevin those are very nice. The first ones do look similar to the DJs Pink and Golds, which were also called Feeling Peachy. DJs Pink and Golds are not PEs; here's my picture of them;

Got mines from DJ's a while back, They're hard to get their pink to pop, but the gold is there.

Yep, mine came in looking really nice, then dulled out. DJ said he keeps his up high under a combo of t5s. Colorwise, they haven't done real well under my MH, but I've also had some alk issues lately, so that may have had something to do with it as well.

In my experience pink in the skirts is always a challenge to keep vivid. This has been true of the pink/golds as well as Pink Elephants and a couple others. I played around with my pink and golds and finally got it back most of the way to how I got it. Low nutrients helps keep the colors bright (can brown out otherwise and that masks the bright colors), and higher light, but not too much. I had the lights super bright for a while and they got pale including the gold, but now that I moved the lights back up a bit, they're getting better. Definitely an eye-catcher in full color.

This is one of the reasons I laugh when people say zoas/palys are easy, or when people ask for all-encompassing rules to keep their polyps by.

These were collected in about 10" of water at medium tide. I would say the lowest tide at 3" and the highest tide at 18"... All under the high PAR of the Hawaiian Sun. If you saw the Waikiki Aquarium project you know we're talking well over 2000 PAR mid day.

I'll be taking pictures over the next couple of weeks to show their progression under my T5s. I'm running all IceCap at about 320w.
