Got this little guy on the 21st from a reputable company...didn't look like what 8 ordered and called them and went through all that...explained to them it has a white film on it and dosent look right. Fast forward to yesterday they told me it was stressed and to do a coral RX dip, I did, but today it looks even worse. The white has come back even more. I'm not sure how to save it, if it can be saved any thoughts? 1st and second pic is the day it arrived, 3 is yesterday after coral dip, 4th is today. Water parmeters are all in range, i even did a 25% water change yesterday...rechecked water today and still good.

That doesn't look reversible. I would seek a refund. You can hold onto it and hope for the best, but it arrived unhealthy so I would definently seek a refund. Sorry!
They did refund it, I was just hoping there was something I could maybe do...

sorry to say does look too far gone ,but corals can amaze sometimes, keep in shaded area until sure is gone ,then put in sump or behind rock,is real live rock even after coral demise ;)

Yeah.. unfortunately at that stage it's hard to say anything will help. All you can do is feed the polyps that are still alive and pray. 99% of the time, it dies fully. Maybe you'll be thre lucky one. There is no magic answer when it comes to RTN, just things you can do to prevent it in the future. One thing I recommend is dosing probiotics and beneficial bacteria like PNS and Eco-boost. It's not proven, but I have seen success with it first hand.
