ACAN Coral lighting and nutrition.

I have had several acan corals for a few months. Recently increased the light intensity about two weeks ago and started using Red Sea reef colors ABCD supplements. Everything in my tank has lived the change but my acans seem less poofy for lack of a better word. I used to be able to feed LRS reef frenzy constantly to them and they would be way puffed out and hungry 24/7. Now they seem more closed and not really hungry. Is the light intensity now providing enough nutrition?

They're probably not happy with the light change, give them time to adjust and if after a week they're still not happy, dial your intensity back a little bit and see if they respond

If lighting is the only change then I'd say there acclimating to the intensity. Also, keep an eye on nutrient levels and chemistry. IME they show signs of stress when something is a little off. Acans prefer nutrients in the tank.

Do you know what your phosphate and nitrate levels are?
