Acan dying

Noticed some scans dying on a certain frag of mine I wanted to maybe try and frag the healthy parts but not sure how to. There is one healthy head on it. How does one go about doing that? Or do you guys think it’s a goner

Do you have peppermint shrimp in your tank by chance? My acans were doing horrible like yours and it needed up being the peppermint shrimp picking at it
 
What also is your water flow rate and they do not favor high flow, salinity level and other occupants as a butterfly may do this also
 
I agree with @Fishy McFish, it could be your problem. I thought peppermint shrimp were safe, but they were picking at mine overnight and the acans didnt start looking better until I moved them to a tank without the shrimp.
