I am trying to create some room for some new stuff for the tank. This acan has over 20 polyps. (Still haven't figured out how to take decent pictures of my tank)

Are you using a camera phone? If it has a "custom" mode, try making your shutter speed faster (larger denominator on the fraction), adjusting your white balance, and then playing with ISO to make it visible. If you play around with them - it might take a little back and forth - you'll be able to get VERY clear, true to in-person pictures, even with a phone. This one wasn't quite bright enough to display the true orange, but you get the picture (no pun intended).

Thanks for the camera tips! and great pic. I will mess around with the i5 this weekend and try to update with better photos!

Just figured it all out, myself. Started messing around with the DSLR and some basic editing in Photoshop last night. All I can say is wow. I thought a picture I took looked good, but as soon as I went through the VERY basic editing, I realized how blue tinted the original photo still was.

My last resort was to call a buddy of mine that is a professional photographer. He is currently working 10 hours a day between his camera and photoshop software on some insanely high-end stuff. I don't think my tank is mature to show off at that level though. Thanks again for the help. If I have any questions this weekend I will shoot you a PM
