Acan healthy?

I just did a water change, fed him, as I was doing the water change this happened. Is he okay ? Or is there something wrong?

I believe I replied to your other thread but I didn’t notice the long strings coming out. Thought it was the mass on the acans. Looks like mucas from stress.

Its sliming which is a response to change. They use the slime as protection better known as mucus

Not sure about problem you posting about
But looks like a little baby on left acan so looks like was doing ok to have new growth ^_^ if that's what it is
