Acan help

I've had 2 little Acan frags for a few months now. They still are sitting on the sand bed still on the frag plug. I would like to remove them from the plug and place them on the rock work somewhere. Is this a good idea? Or should I just leave them where they are? I don't want to kill them, they are one of my favorite corals in my tank. Any ideas, advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I would put them on rockwork in area of where they are now if they seem happy there
