Bought this guy 5 days ago and he hasn’t budged. Did I stress him too much adhering him to the rock? Any suggestions? Thanks!!

What do you mean by hasn't budged? From the photo, while not fully extended it doesn't look in bad shape or anything. I'd give it a bit more time to settle in.
He hasn’t moved at all from that position, I was just wondering if that’s normal.
 
As @Porpoise Hork pointed out, LPS corals will not move on their own. They will expand as they grow producing more polyps/heads and increasing the size of their skeletal base.

Soft corals like mushrooms and xenia on the other hand can "move" or grow along the rockwork.
