Acan ID and general help in spotting illness

So I got these acans 3 days ago I would like to know the type and if they were worth 20 dollars Atwell as if they look healthy and if not should I dip them

They are common acan, looks like they were freshly fragged. Looks healthy since it is out n puff

Thanks for your input under blue lights they are blue on the outside and red and yellow on the inside was 20 dollars an overpay?

I would say average price since its multiple heads, but it is a common color not a collectors piece.
