Hi guys picked up theses acans at the weekend. Was instantly drawn to these as I have never seen any like them before. Heads are really big and super fluffy. Just after an ID if possible.

Generally vendors dont longterm farm these and thus there isnt an industry standard name. The seller might have something they call it however.
This piece is absolutely stunning though!

Yeah like I said never seen any like these before. There more like a blasto and can’t seem to find anything like them on the web either.

Here’s a top down of it. Anybody with anything similar or able to ID these acans

Looks to be an Asian variant to me. Very good looking Acan if I do say so myself.
Thanks, just had a quick scan on the internet and nothing comes close to the texture of these literally everyone I show them too has never seen any like them. The closest thing I can compare them too is the ultra acanthophyllia texture wise.

Strong UV/V spectrum will cause them to have bubbly flesh like that as well. I had acan's "bounce" under heavy blue/violet spectrum.
Interesting. But surely this would be somewhat more common then as many people these days try to replicate the ab+ light schedule which is heavy UV/V
