Acan not opening nicely

hey guys

my acan was open ever day very nice..
I had a dino outbreak and lowered lights and dosed peroxide.

Now i ramped up lights and i dint know if its the light…

what else can be a problem?

It might be because you turned up the light. Did you turn up the lights suddenly or did you turn the intensity up over the course of a few days/weeks?

maybe it was too quick and not slow enough.. but im still with 0 whites..
I thought it will open when lights out yesterday.. but wasnt the case..
but MUST be light huh?

My Acan doesn't open when my nitrates are as low as yours... it likes 10-20ppm Nitrate, when it's lower than that it stays closed up...

I don't test for iodine often, but I keep mine as close to 0.06 as possible, it has the least movement of my other parameters

More ideas? Acan was always very happy at the place it is placed..

All I did was adding/dosing DinoX lately and peroxide.

Mine do that every so often. No idea why. But they return to normal.
Make sure nobody’s bothering.
Iodine I maintain via dose to 0.06ppm.
I have used Dino-X and Hydrogen peroxide before and this, at a rate of 1.5ml per gallon had no affect on any corals.
