Acan weird lumps?

Hey guys

my first Acan (I think). Been in the tank for about a week…

woke up this morning, and he has these weird lumps (I think that’s part of him)

Any ideas? Should I try and remove?

That's actually a goniastrea, not an acan. I don't know what it is but it looks like uneaten food or poop.

It is his exact color, so I was hesitant to try and brush it off
