Acan with white bump

Hi I rescued an acan from a crappy fish store. It has been fine for the last week but today something changed and it lost coloration and this white bump became more pronounced. Can anyone ID and/or tell me best way to treat.

The blues are full right now so the pics look crappy but the color came back and the feeding tentacles came out and that white spot looks like a mini head so maybe its a new polyp.
