Im sure you can, usually corals of the same or similar genus will not attack each other. I would be careful since this rule will not always apply, keep an eye on them. Lordhowensis corals actually belong to the micromussa genus btw.
 
I personally have mine very close without ever having a problem.
 
I believe lordhowensis and hillae can be together but I'd keep an eye out just incase no mesenterial filaments come out to play;)
