I'm pretty new to different types of coral, my zoa, fuzzy mushroom and hammer are all doing amazing but I can't tell with this guy... any insight?

Has he been in your tank long? It doesn't look that bad. Has buds for new growth. Maybe a tad more light and a night feeding once a week. Good luck!
